- With the whisk, beat the eggs, add the melted butter and sugar. Mix well.
- Add the Nescau and then the gluten-free flour (I used a mix that I make) But it can be another gluten-free flour.
- The dough is heavy, unlike cake dough.
- Spread the dough on a greased and floured baking sheet.
- Preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Keep an eye. As soon as it crackles (creates a cone on top) about 10 minutes later it's ready.
