  • cup rice flour1.1/4 cup
  • chickpea flour1/2 cup
  • cup cornstarch1/2 cup
  • spoon of chemical baking powder1 tablespoon
  • spoon of corn oil for greasing1 tablespoon
  • Spoons of rice flour for dusting3 tablespoon
  • Chocolate syrup to taste
  • Sugar1 cup
  • cups of almond milk2 cup
  • cup of cocoa powder..2 cup
  1. Place the eggs, oil, carrot, flour and starch in a blender and blend for 3 minutes.
  2. add the yeast and stir with the spatula.
  3. pour the dough into a form greased with oil and sprinkled with rice flour
  4. Bake in the oven at 180° and bake for 45 minutes.
  5. remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes before unmolding
