Ingredients
- Roasted peanuts without salt, without skin | 200 g
- Sour cream | 1/2 can(s)
- Condensed milk | 1 can(s)
- Sugar | 200 g
- Margarine | 2 tablespoon
- Water | 1/2 cup
Recipe
- Mix sugar with water and heat over medium heat until caramelized. Add the margarine, cream, condensed milk and the peanuts. Mix non-stop until it comes off the pan. Grease a refractory with margarine, place the jam and let it cool. Cut into squares and roll in the refined sugar
