  • Sugar50 g
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Milk200 ml
  • Condensed milk1 unit(s)
  • Honey200 ml
  • Cinnamon1 teaspoon
  • Clove powder1 teaspoon
  • Nutmeg1 to taste
  • Wheat flour600 g
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Sodium bicarbonate1 teaspoon
  • Dulce de leche400 g
  • Melted milk chocolate400 g
  1. Grease and flour 24 honey bread pans, 7cm in diameter and 2cm in height, set aside. In the bowl of the mixer, mix the sugar, salt, milk, condensed milk, honey, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. Add the wheat flour, baking powder and baking soda and mix again. Beat in the mixer until you get a smooth and uniform dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 30 minutes, let cool. Cut them in half and fill with dulce de leche, then pass them all through the melted milk chocolate.
