  • Black coffee (sugar free)1 cup
  • Pot of Cream1 can(s)
  • Condensed milk1 unit(s)
  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Biscuit (I used cornstarch1 unit(s)
  • Dark chocolate200 g
  1. In the mixer, put the cream together with the condensed milk and beat until it thickens (Reserve). Melt the chocolate (in the microwave or bain-marie) and mix the cream (reserve).
  2. Mount: Pour a little cream at the bottom of the form, and soak the cookies in the coffee, put it until you cover the cream. Pour the cream again and make layers until you finish the cream being the last layer. Pour the ganache on top, if you prefer, decorate with chopped or granulated chocolate.
  3. Take it to the fridge and leave it there until it hardens.
