Creme branco:
3 potes de nata 
2 caixa de leite condensado 

Preparo creme branco:
Bata na batedeira as natas e os 2 leite condensado até ficar um creme firme. 

white cream:
3 pots of cream
2 box of condensed milk

White cream preparation:

Ganache:
3 barras de chocolate meio amargo 
2 creme de leite 

Preparo ganache:
Derreter as barras no microondas abrindo e o micro e mexendo de 30 em 30 segundos, depois misturar as duas caixas de creme de leite até dissolver tudo.

Ganache:
3 semisweet chocolate bars
2 sour cream

Ganache preparation:
Melt the bars in the microwave by opening the microwave and stirring every 30 seconds, then mix the two boxes of cream until everything is dissolved.

Preparo: 
Molhar as bolachas no leite e colocar uma camada de bolacha e uma de creme branco. Por último colocar o ganache e decorar com raspas de chocolate. 
Deixar gelar por 3/4 horas.

Preparation:
Dip the cookies in milk and place a layer of cookies and a layer of white cream. Finally put the ganache and decorate with chocolate shavings.
Let it freeze for 3/4 hours.
