  • Rice flour1 cup
  • Sweet sprinkle1 cup
  • Milk1 cup
  • Oil1 cup
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon powder. to taste
  • Sugar3 cup
  • Butter4 tablespoon
  • Egg3 unit(s)
  • Dulce de leche200 g
  1. Separate the whites from the yolks, beat the egg whites and gradually add a cup of sugar.
  2. Add the yolks, starch, sprinkle and flour, beat well until you get a homogeneous mass.
  3. Add the milk and oil, finish stirring and add the yeast and cinnamon.
  4. Grease a pan with oil and preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  5. Put the rest of the sugar, cinnamon and butter in a separate container, stir everything until it turns into crumbs.
  6. Put the dough in the shape and then the farofa, let it bake for 35/40 min or until it's ready.
  7. Then add the dulce de leche on top and serve.
