Gelatin with sour cream

- Gelatin, flavor of your choice | 1 unit(s)
- Sour cream | 1 unit(s)
- Water | 350 ml
- Put 200 ml of water to boil, in the blender, beat the hot water with the gelatin.
- Add 150 ml of ice water and beat for 3 minutes
- Add half of the cream and beat again.
- Place in individual forminhas, or in a container and lebe to the fridge until the gelatin point.
- Tip: if the cream is in a can, the result is better.
