  • Gelatin, flavor of your choice | 1 unit(s)
  • Sour cream | 1 unit(s)
  • Water | 350 ml

Recipe

  1. Put 200 ml of water to boil, in the blender, beat the hot water with the gelatin.
  2. Add 150 ml of ice water and beat for 3 minutes
  3. Add half of the cream and beat again.
  4. Place in individual forminhas, or in a container and lebe to the fridge until the gelatin point.
  5. Tip: if the cream is in a can, the result is better.
