Bring the vegetable milk to a low heat and remove it from the heat before it boils. Add the chocolate and let it melt in the milk.
Take everything, the chocolate milk mixture plus the green banana biomass, the molasses and the salt, to the food processor and beat well.
The mixture will become a chocolate-colored cream, with a full-bodied and velvety texture, very reminiscent of a brigadeiro.
Once that's done, just put the cream in individual cups and decorate with chocolate bars (as I did in the photo), cocoa nibs or even fruit.
