- Ripe silver banana | 1 unit(s)
- Skimmed Milk Powder | 2 tablespoon
- cocoa powder | 1 tablespoon
- grated coconut | to taste
Peel the banana and mash it with a fork.
You don't have to leave it in a very smooth puree, this fit brigadeiro will taste better if you leave some pieces of banana.
Place the mashed banana in a pan, add the powdered milk and cocoa and mix.
