Olive oil1/4 cup
Skimmed Milk1/2 cup
Chicken egg2 unit(s)
Demerara Sugar1 cup
Chopped apple1 unit(s)
Golden flaxseed flour1 cup
Baking powder1 teaspoon
Raisins to taste
Oat flakes1 cup
Cinnamon powder to taste

Beat the oil, milk, eggs and sugar in a blender;
Add the flaxseed flour and cinnamon powder and beat again;
Transfer to a container and add the rolled oats and baking powder;
Mix everything and finally add the chopped apple and raisins (optional);
In a greased shape, take it to the oven preheated to 180° and leave for at least 40 min without opening;
After making sure it's ready, you can open and taste!
