  • Panettone or chocolate1 unit(s)
  • Condensed milk395 g
  • Melted milk chocolate (separate 100g for decoration)300 g
  • Whole Roasted Peanuts100 g
  • Chocobawl Cereal100 g
  • Icing sugar to taste
  1. Cut the panettone in half. Disregard the bottom. Wrap the panettone in an acetate sheet.
  2. Mix the melted chocolate, chocobawl, peanuts and condensed milk
  3. Turn the panettone upside down and pour the melted chocolate mixture, pressing so that it sticks to the panettone dough.
  4. Place in the fridge until firm.
  5. Remove the acetate and cover the panettone with the reserved melted chocolate.
  6. Sprinkle icing sugar
