Frying Pan cake

2 eggs, 50 ml of oil, 50 ml of milk at room temperature, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 4 tablespoons of chocolate milk (whatever you prefer (nescau, toddy or others). 1/2 cup of wheat flour and a half tablespoon of baking powder.
In a bowl you put all the ingredients, except the yeast, mix well, everything by hand, after mixing add the baking powder and mix a little more.
Place the dough in a non-stick skillet, without greasing 😉, on low heat and cover for 5 minutes.
Do the toothpick test, the toothpick came out clean, then your cake is ready and turn off the heat.
Stuff if you prefer 🍫🍫🍫
I used a small bar of semisweet chocolate, just melted it and put it on the cake.
Now your Frying Pan cake or minutes is ready, a cupcake for afternoon coffee or as you and your family prefer 🏠
