  • Corn starch36 g
  • Vanilla essence or 1 vanilla bean36 g
  1. For the dough: Make a sablage with the flour, salt and cold butter.
  2. Place the farofa in a bowl and place the sugar and egg in the center.
  3. Incorporate the ingredients little by little, rub the dough 3 to 4 times.
  4. Place in the fridge covered with plastic wrap for 30 minutes.
  5. Open the dough and cover the rim, pierce it with a fork and turn it back to the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  6. Bake the dough at 180°C for 15 minutes.
  7. Pastry Cream: Boil the milk with half the sugar;
  8. Mix and mix well the yolks with the other half of the sugar and incorporate the flour and starch;
  9. Add half of the boiled milk to this mixture and whisk vigorously, add the rest of the milk and heat for 2 to 3 minutes to thicken.
  10. Turn off the heat and cover with plastic wrap in contact with the cream so as not to create cream. Let cool.
  11. Stuff and decorate to taste with fruit. Fruits- Mango, strawberries, kiwi, grapes.
