  • Wheat flour300 g
  • Melted unsalted butter150 g
  • Salt, one guinea fowl1 unit(s)
  • Water50 ml
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Milk100 ml
  • Sugar100 g
  • Fruit: whatever you want: pear, apple, strawberries, figs...500 g
  • Optional: vanilla extract, lemon peel...1 unit(s)
  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius
  2. For the dough: mix the wheat with a pinch of salt in a bowl, add the melted butter and mix with your fingers.
  3. Add a little water and mix. Repeat this step until you have a folder
  4. Spread the dough on a plate and put it in the oven for ten minutes. (Butter the bottom of the plate so it doesn't stick);
  5. In a bowl, mix the milk, eggs, sugar and any additives
  6. Cut your fruits into thin slices
  7. Remove your pasta: add your sauce, let it cook for 10 minutes
  8. Add the fruit and cook for 5 minutes. Take it off, cut it, it's done!
  9. Note: Apples require more cooking time than strawberries and other fragile fruits. You can also add almond powder to the sauce or pasta if you have it!
