- Wheat flour300 g
- Melted unsalted butter150 g
- Salt, one guinea fowl1 unit(s)
- Water50 ml
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Milk100 ml
- Sugar100 g
- Fruit: whatever you want: pear, apple, strawberries, figs...500 g
- Optional: vanilla extract, lemon peel...1 unit(s)
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius
- For the dough: mix the wheat with a pinch of salt in a bowl, add the melted butter and mix with your fingers.
- Add a little water and mix. Repeat this step until you have a folder
- Spread the dough on a plate and put it in the oven for ten minutes. (Butter the bottom of the plate so it doesn't stick);
- In a bowl, mix the milk, eggs, sugar and any additives
- Cut your fruits into thin slices
- Remove your pasta: add your sauce, let it cook for 10 minutes
- Add the fruit and cook for 5 minutes. Take it off, cut it, it's done!
- Note: Apples require more cooking time than strawberries and other fragile fruits. You can also add almond powder to the sauce or pasta if you have it!
