- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)

- Coconut milk01 cup
- grated coconut100 g
- Beat the sugar with the margarine in the mixer, add the sifted yolks.
- one by one and continue beating until a light and fluffy cream is obtained.
- Then add the milk, add the sifted flour and yeast.
- Turn off the mixer and finally pour the egg whites gently.
- Bake in a preheated oven for approx. 35 minutes.
- To cover the cake, mix the ingredients in a blender and pour over the cake while it is still hot.
- Sprinkle with grated coconut and refrigerate for approximately 2 hours.
