Frozen coconut cake

Na batedeira acrescentar os ovos e açúcar e deixar dobrar de volume, uns 5 minutos. 
Desliga a batedeira e acrescentar leite ou agua quente liga a batedeira velocidade baixa e vai acrescentando farinha ,  desliga e acrescentar o fermento  e misturar bemm,levar para assar por 30 minutos. 

Para calda 
Misture o leite condensado, leite de côco e os 250 ml leite  e misture bemm.
Retire o bolo do forno  fure bastante com um garfo e despeja a calda toda por cima,em seguida o côco ralado  e leve para gelar por umas 3 horas. 


In the mixer, add the eggs and sugar and let it double in volume, about 5 minutes.
Turn off the mixer and add milk or hot water, turn the mixer on low speed and add flour, turn off and add the yeast and mix well, bake for 30 minutes.

for syrup
Mix condensed milk, coconut milk and 250 ml milk and mix well.
Remove the cake from the oven, pierce a lot with a fork and pour the syrup all over it, then the grated coconut and refrigerate for about 3 hours.
