Corte as bananas em rodelas e leve para congelar por algumas horas.

Depois é só tirar e bater no liquidificador. Mas espere uns 10 minutos antes de colocar no liquigifador para não quebrar o processador.

Bata no modo pulsar até ficar cremoso e é só se deliciar.

Cut the bananas into slices and freeze for a few hours.

Then just take it out and hit the blender. But wait about 10 minutes before putting it in the blender so you don't break the processor.
