- Biscuit cornstarch (package)2 unit(s)
- Margarine200 g
- Cream cheese (150g pot)3 unit(s)
- Sour cream (canister)2 unit(s)
- Unflavored Gelatin1 unit(s)
- Sugar5 tablespoon
- Small Guava1 unit(s)
- Grind the Maizena biscuit in a food processor or blender and place in a container and mix with the margarine.
- Take a removable bottom shape and spread this dough on the bottom and side of the shape and take it to the preheated oven at 200° for about 10 minutes or until golden and book.
- In a blender, place the cream cheese, milk cream, sugar and unflavored gelatin already diluted in 50ml of hot water and beat for about 1 minute.
- Pour this cream over the previously baked cookie dough and put it in the fridge.
- In a pan, place the guava paste cut into cubes and 100ml of water. Stir until the guava melts.
- After about 3 hours of cheesecake in the fridge, put the guava syrup on top and put it back in the fridge.
