- Condensed milk200 g

- Stuffing to taste
- Wheat flour600 g
- Oil for frying to taste
- Sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling to taste
- Make a sponge with Bio yeast, sugar, milk and 3 tablespoons of wheat. Let rise for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, add the other ingredients to the sponge and mix well, if necessary, add more wheat to the point of making balls.
- Transfer the dough to a bench and knead for approx. 10min Make a ball, cover with plastic wrap and a clean dish towel and let it rest for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
- Portion the dough into 60g pieces and roll, after making all the balls, open each one with a rolling pin or with your own hand, without leaving it too thin, and fill the dough with your favorite filling. Close the dough well, let it rise until it doubles in size with the seam part (closing) facing down.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the donuts over low heat, otherwise they will soon be very dark on the outside and raw on the inside. Fry on both sides.
- Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon
