Unleavened Wheat Flour.3 cup
Corn starch1/2 cup
Salt1 teaspoon
Butter1 tablespoon
Whole milk1/2 cup
Sugar3/4 cup
Baking powder1 tablespoon
Eggs2 unit(s)
Sugar and Cinnamon to taste

In a bowl place the wheat flour, cornstarch, yeast, sugar and salt. Mix everything very well.
Add the milk, eggs and butter and again, mix the dough well.
Transfer to a smooth surface Knead the dough until it is very smooth and homogeneous.
Roll the donuts as you see fit and fry them in hot oil.
Allow to drain and then roll the donuts in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
