- Sugar to caramelize the mold8 tablespoon
- Preparation mode: 1°- Hydrate and dissolve 1 envelope of unflavored gelatin powder in 1 cup (tea) of milk. 2° – In a blender place 2 cans of condensed milk, 2 boxes of cream milk and gelatin already hydrated and dissolved in the milk and beat well until it forms a homogeneous mixture. 3° – Transfer this mixture to a caramel pudding mold with 8 tablespoons (soup) of sugar and refrigerate for +/- 3 h. Unmold and serve.
