- Condensed milk395 g
- Coconut Milk200 g
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Sugar1 cup
- Cocoa powder1 tablespoon
- Start by mixing the eggs with the can of condensed milk and coconut milk in a pot. Then cut a nice brioche bun into large slices. Of course you can use your favorite bread!
- Now heat a lot of butter in the skillet, dip the slice of bread into the mixture and sear it on both sides in order to create a nice crust around them.
- Then just finish with sugar and cocoa powder.
