- Wheat Flour3 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Chocolate powder4 tablespoon
- Vanilla Essence1 tablespoon
- Egg3 unit(s)
- Milk1 cup
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Milk (syrup)1 cup
- Chocolate powder (syrup)4 tablespoon
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Prepare the dough:
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy.
- Add the margarine and vanilla essence and beat a little more until well mixed.
- Add the wheat flour and milk and mix until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough.
- And lastly, put the baking powder.
- Scoop out about a cup of batter and stir in the cocoa powder.
- In a greased and floured baking dish, place half of the vanilla dough, on top of this dough, place the chocolate dough and on top of this chocolate dough, place the rest of the vanilla dough. No need to mix!
- Take to bake in medium oven 180°C for 40 minutes.
- Prepare the syrup:
- In a pan, place all the ingredients for the syrup and bring to medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Cover the cake next!
