Na batedeira: Bata a manteiga com ovos até formar um creme.

In the mixer: Beat the butter with eggs until it forms a cream.

Adicione o leite, a farinha e a canela, misture até a massa ficar homogênea.

Add the milk, flour and cinnamon, mix until the dough is homogeneous.

Por último misture o fermento mexendo delicadamente. 

Finally, mix in the yeast, stirring gently.

Em uma forma untada com manteiga, óleo e farinha, asse em forno pré aquecido a 200 graus por aproximadamente 40 minutos. 


In a greased shape with butter, oil and flour, bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.


Para finalizar ao desenformar polvilhe açúcar e canela em pó.
