- Chopped chocolate (50% to 70%100 g
- Pinch of salt1 g
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Grease a ramekin or small round pan with butter. In a bowl, melt the chopped chocolate with the butter. In another bowl, add the eggs, sugar and salt and mix. Add the flour, mix, and pour in the chocolate mixture. Fill the pan below the rim, and bake for about 10 to 15 minutes. Note: The cooking time varies according to the size of the mold.
- Characteristics: The chocolate fondant should have a shell on the top, it comes off the sides easily and the center should be a little soft, but firm and without spreading completely.
