- Orange Juice200 ml
- Oil180 ml
- Orange zest1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour290 g
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- condensed milk395 g
- Lemon Juice60 ml
- Orange Juice30 ml
- Orange zest for garnish to taste
- Put the eggs in the blender, granulated or refined sugar, oil, orange juice and a tablespoon of orange zest. Beat all this very well for two minutes.
- Transfer the beaten ingredients to a bowl and add the flour and mix until very well combined. Then put the baking powder and mix lightly until it's a smooth dough.
- Transfer all the dough to a greased and floured mold, bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
- To make the topping, put condensed milk in a bowl, lemon juice and orange juice. Mix well and put in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Spread the frosting over the cake and decorate as you wish. I used the zest of the oranges, cut some slices to put on top. Do it and tag me!
