- Whole or semi-skimmed milk1 cup
- Wheat flour or almond or oat flour1 cup
- Refined or demerara sugar or xylitol sweetener1 cup
- Organic Honey Flowers of Aroeira2 tablespoon
- 70% or milk chocolate in pieces1/2 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Coconut or soybean oil2 tablespoon
- Honey for topping to taste
- 70% chopped chocolate for topping to taste
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Place the egg, milk, coconut oil, honey and sugar in the blender and beat well until smooth.
- Place the sifted flour and baking powder in a bowl and add the mixture beaten in the blender, stir until smooth and form a smooth dough.
- Add the chopped chocolate pieces to the dough and mix well.
- Grease cupcake molds or use silicone cupcake liners
- Place the dough in the molds and add more pieces of chopped chocolate to the frosting.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Serve with Flores de Aroeira Organic honey topping for a special touch 😋
