- Unleavened Wheat Flour3 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Lemon Flavor Gelatin1 unit(s)
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Lemon3 unit(s)
- In a bowl or bowl, combine the eggs, sugar and oil. Beat everything very well in the mixer.
- Then add the milk, gelatin and beat once more.
- Mix well and add the wheat flour little by little.
- Stir until the mixture is very homogeneous.
- Finally, add the yeast and mix gently until it incorporates into the dough.
- Pour this dough into a greased and floured form. And bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
- For topping: Beat in a blender 1 cx of condensed milk + juice of 3 lemons
- Let the cake cool and sprinkle on top, if you prefer, put lemon zest on top
