Sugar2 cup
Milk1 cup
Oil1/2 cup
Lemon juice4 unit(s)
Lemon zest4 unit(s)
Wheat flour2 cup
Baking powder1 tablespoon

In the blender add the eggs, sugar, milk, oil, lemon juice, lemon zest and beat very well.
Place the mixture in a bowl and add the sifted wheat flour, mixing slowly, add the yeast and mix.
Place in a roasting pan greased with oil and flour and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approx. 40 min.
Mix 1 cx of condensed milk with the juice of 1 lemon and put it on top of the cake. Decorate with lemon zest.
