- Fine cornmeal1 cup
- Unleavened Wheat Flour1 cup
- Crystal sugar1 cup
- Whole milk1 cup
- Soybean oil1 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Large eggs3 unit(s)
- Guava to taste
- In the blender, beat the eggs, sugar, milk and oil (I beat well, I don't like egg-smelling cake 😉). In a container, add the wheat flour, cornmeal and yeast and incorporate the liquid from the blender, pour the homogeneous mass in a greased shape with margarine and cornmeal.
- Cut the guava into squares and pass the wheat flour, have it in the dough that is already in the shape. Bake in preheated oven for 35/40 minutes, but I recommend doing the toothpick test.
