Wheat flour

Acrescentar o leite, óleo ovos e o açúcar para bater.

Add the milk, oil, eggs and sugar to beat.

Em seguida acrescentar a farinha de trigo e fubá deixe bater por 5 minutos.

Then add the wheat flour and cornmeal and let it beat for 5 minutes.

Por último acrescentar o fermento químico e mexer devagar.

Finally add the chemical yeast and stir slowly.

Untar uma forma com óleo e farinha de trigo e despejar a massa.

Grease a form with oil and wheat flour and pour the dough.

Levo ao forno pré aquecido a 180° graus por 35 minutos.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.

Espetar um pelito, se sair limpo está pronto.

Skewer a breast, if it comes out clean, it's ready.
