In the blender:
Beat for 2 minutes
3 chicken eggs
½ cup of soy oil
1 cup and a half of sugar
Add to the blender and blend for another 1 minute:
1 cup and a half of nescau
(you can use nescau, it doesn't get sweet because there's not much sugar, now if you prefer to use chocolate 50% or more, it's wonderful too, but then the amount is smaller)
1 cup of hot water
In the bowl:
2 cups of sifted wheat flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder.
Mix the wheat and the yeast, and stirring gently without beating like a desperate, add the mixture from the blender until a homogeneous mass is formed. It gets a little more liquid even don't worry.
Put it in a greased and floured shape and take it to bake in a preheated oven 200/220 degrees is great.
TIP: Do not open the oven before 25 minutes, go looking through the glass, as opening the oven too early can make your cake wither.
