  • 2 eggs 1 cup (tea) of oil 1 cup (tea) of water 1 cup (tea) of refined sugar 2 cups (tea) of sifted wheat flour 4 tablespoons of soluble chocolate powder 1 tablespoon of baking powder | 240 cup
  • Syrup: 1 can of condensed milk 1 box of cream 2 tablespoons of butter 1 bar of semisweet chocolate | 100 g


  1. Beat the eggs, oil, water and sugar in a blender for two minutes. Then pour the mixture into a bowl and add the sifted wheat flour and soluble chocolate powder, mix well until a homogeneous mass is obtained, add the baking powder and stir gently. Bake in a preheated oven at 250 degrees for 45 minutes. Wait for it to cool down to unmold.
  2. SYRUP: Melt the chocolate bar in the microwave every 30 seconds or in a water bath. In a pan, pour the condensed milk, butter and melted chocolate over low heat. Stir well until you get brigadeiro point, with the fire off add the milk cream stir well until everything dissolves. Wait for the syrup to cool and with the cake already cold add the syrup on top and decorate as you wish.
