In a blender, mix all ingredients except wheat flour and baking powder.
Transfer the mixture to a container and sieve the flour little by little until everything is mixed.
Finally, add the yeast and place in a greased roast in the oven at 180° for about 40 minutes or until you stick a toothpick and it comes out clean.
Melt the chocolate every 30 seconds in the microwave or in a bain-marie, when it is fully melted, add the cream and stir well until it forms a ganache.
