Ingredients
- Eggs | 2 unit(s)
- Water | 1 cup
- Oil | 1/2 cup
- Sugar | 1 cup
- Chocolate powder | 1/2 cup
- Wheat flour | 2 cup
- Baking soda | 1 tablespoon
- Salt (a pinch) | to taste
- Baking powder | 1 tablespoon
- Dark chocolate | 90 g
- Sour cream | 200 ml
Recipe
- In a blender, mix all ingredients except wheat flour and baking powder.
- Transfer the mixture to a container and sieve the flour little by little until everything is mixed.
- Finally, add the yeast and place in a greased roast in the oven at 180° for about 40 minutes or until you stick a toothpick and it comes out clean.
- Melt the chocolate every 30 seconds in the microwave or in a bain-marie, when it is fully melted, add the cream and stir well until it forms a ganache.
- Let cool and cover the cake
