Fluffy Cake With Only 3 Ingredients

Antes de começar, separe as claras das gemas;
Bata as claras em ponto de neve;
Em seguida, continue batendo e vá adicionando as gemas uma a uma;
Continue batendo e vá adicionando o açúcar aos poucos;
Bata por 5 minutos e desligue a batedeira;
Acrescente o amido de milho (Maizena) aos poucos e vá misturando com um batedor de arame (fouet);
DICA: mexa sempre de baixo para cima, delicadamente para não perder a leveza.
Se quiser deixar o bolo ainda mais gostoso, adicione a essência de baunilha e continue misturando até incorporar bem a massa;
Despeje essa mistura numa forma (22cm) untada e enfarinhada com amido de milho
Leve para assar em forno pré aquecido, 180ºC, por aproximadamente 40 minutos ou até dourar;

If you want to make the cake even more delicious, add the vanilla essence and continue mixing until the dough is well incorporated;
Pour this mixture into a form (22 cm) greased and floured with corn starch.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes or until golden.
