Coconut milk (1 bottle)
Start beating well (in a mixer) the butter, sugar and yolks.
Add 1 cup of the wheat flour and half of the coconut milk and beat well again.
Add the rest of the flour, coconut milk and cornstarch. Beat again until incorporated.
Beat the egg whites until they are homogeneous and consistent.
Add the yeast and the snow whites to the mixture, stirring gently from bottom to top until incorporated.
Take the dough in a greased shape with butter and flour and bake for 35 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°.
