  • Milk1 cup
  • Pinch salt1 unit(s)

  • Vegetable oil1/2 cup
  • Butter or Margarine1 tablespoon
  1. In the blender, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, add the milk, half the sugar, the oil, the butter and beat well. Before turning off, put a chopped banana and beat a little;
  2. In the cake pan put the rest of the sugar and make a light caramel, chop the rest of the banana and decorate;
  3. In another bowl place the flour and add the previously beaten liquids and stir well until incorporated, finally add the yeast and mix well.
  4. Place in the mold on top of the caramel with the bananas and take it to the preheated oven at 180°C, bake for 35 minutes.
