  • Plain yogurt1 unit(s)
  • Colorless Gelatin1 unit(s)
  • Powdered milk1/2 cup
  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Culinary sweetener2 tablespoon
  • Berries1 cup
  1. Hydrate the gelatin according to package directions.
  2. In the blender, add the yogurt, powdered milk, cream, sweetener and hydrated gelatin. Hit it well!
  3. Place the berries in small bowls and pour the cream on top.
  4. Take it in the fridge until it's firm!
  5. Tip: there's a sugar-free red fruit jam recipe here on my profile, it's perfect to go with this dessert!
