- Microwave baked sweet potato2 unit(s)
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Cocoa powder2 tablespoon
- Xylitol Sweetener1 cup
- Chocolate 70%100 g
- Chopped Pecans1/2 cup
- Start by peeling the sweet potatoes that were cooked in the microwave.
- Mash the potatoes with a fork
- In a bowl add the mashed potato, flour, cocoa, sweetener and mix well with your hands.
- Line a rectangular pan with parchment paper
- Distribute the dough in the form
- Cut the chocolate into small pieces and mix with the chopped walnuts.
- Place on top of the dough and sink slightly into the dough.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 to 40 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely and unmold.
- Cut into squares and serve 🤤😋
