- Hydrated Tapioca4 tablespoon
- Oat flour2 tablespoon
- Warm water4 tablespoon
- Olive oil1/2 tablespoon
- Yeast1 teaspoon
- Seasonings and salt to taste
- Sesame and chia (optional) to taste
- Stuffing (cheese, chicken, ground beef) to taste
- Add the ingredients and mix well inside a container, except the yeast.
- Add the yeast, mix well.
- Grease the molds and pour the batter into them. Put the stuffing you want and cover with some of the dough and sprinkle some flaxseed and chia over the cupcake.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the cookies for around 25 minutes, until golden.
