  • Clara1 unit(s)
  • Hydrated Tapioca4 tablespoon
  • Oat flour2 tablespoon
  • Warm water4 tablespoon
  • Olive oil1/2 tablespoon
  • Yeast1 teaspoon
  • Seasonings and salt to taste
  • Sesame and chia (optional) to taste
  • Stuffing (cheese, chicken, ground beef) to taste
  1. Add the ingredients and mix well inside a container, except the yeast.
  2. Add the yeast, mix well.
  3. Grease the molds and pour the batter into them. Put the stuffing you want and cover with some of the dough and sprinkle some flaxseed and chia over the cupcake.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the cookies for around 25 minutes, until golden.
