- Almond flour2 tablespoon
- Oat flakes3 tablespoon
- Sweetener Powder1 teaspoon
- Olive oil1 coffee spoon
- Cinnamon Powder to taste
- Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
- Salt (a pinch) to taste
- In a vase beat the egg, and mix with the other ingredients;
- Put the dough in a greased shape, and sprinkle oat flour in the form;
- Place chopped strawberries over the dough;
- FAROFA RECIPE In a skillet add 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of peanut flour, plus 1 tablespoon of xylitol, stir over low heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Place the farofa over the dough and take it to the oven or airfryer at 200 degrees for approximately 12 minutes.
- OBS.: I used a powdered sweetener from the Pura Vida brand, but you can replace it with the sugar of your choice.
