In the mini manual processor, I put 2 very ripe bananas and 1 cs of oil
extra virgin coconut, grind well and set aside;
In another container, beat the 2 eggs and add an average of 5 drops of the artificial aroma of panettone, oat bran, almond flour, a pinch of salt, nutmeg and cinnamon powder;
Mix well and add the already crushed banana;
Finally add the baking powder;
Place in molds and add raisins as filling and on top;
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 15 minutes.
