Ingredients

  • Eggs | 2 unit(s)
  • Banana | 2 unit(s)
  • Extra Virgin Coconut Oil | 1 tablespoon
  • Oat bran | 2 tablespoon
  • Almond flour | 2 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon powder | 1 coffee spoon
  • Nutmeg |  to taste
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Artificial Panettone Flavor |  to taste
  • Chemical Yeast | 1 teaspoon
  • Raisins |  to taste

Recipe

  1. In the mini manual processor, I put 2 very ripe bananas and 1 cs of oil extra virgin coconut, grind well and set aside;
  2. In another container, beat the 2 eggs and add an average of 5 drops of the artificial aroma of panettone, oat bran, almond flour, a pinch of salt, nutmeg and cinnamon powder;
  3. Mix well and add the already crushed banana;
  4. Finally add the baking powder;
  5. Place in molds and add raisins as filling and on top;
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 15 minutes.
