- Coconut milk1/2 l
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Wholemeal bread6 unit(s)
- Brown sugar100 g
- Cinnamon Powder to taste
- Coconut oil1 dessert spoon
- Banana to taste
- Peanut Butter1 dessert spoon
- Put the coconut milk in a pan, put it on a low heat and let it heat up.
- When the milk is hot, turn off the heat, add the slices of bread one by one leaving them submerged for a few seconds. Just enough to make the bread taste like milk.
- Tip: Preferably, use sourdough bread.
- Meanwhile, lightly beat the eggs on a plate. Reserve.
- In a frying pan, grease with coconut oil, or another oil of your choice and take it to heat on low heat.
- Remove the slices from the pan with milk, dip in the eggs and then brown them in the skillet.
- In a deep dish, mix the brown sugar with the cinnamon.
- Brown the slices on both sides and then dip them in the sugar mixture.
- Place chopped fruit on top of your preference and peanut butter.
- Serve yourself then.
