- Slices of Whole Wheat Bread2 unit(s)
- Dulce de leche (I used zero sugar from Flormel)2 tablespoon
- Whole Milk Powder1 dessert spoon
- Filtered or mineral water1 dessert spoon
- Cinnamon Powder to taste
- Xylitol sweetener or demerara sugar to taste
- Place the bread slices on a plate and crush each slice using a rolling pin or a glass, knead like pizza dough until each slice is flattened.
- Place the dulce de leche filling on each slice of bread and roll it up like a rocambole.
- Make a broth with the powdered milk and water and brush each roulade, roll it in the sugar and cinnamon powder mixture.
- Take it to bake in the Airfryer at 180 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes until golden and crispy, ready 🤤 great Fit snack option 😉
