  • Chocolate 75%200 g
  • Ghee Butter4 tablespoon
  • Xylitol1/2 cup
  • Egg Yolk3 unit(s)
  • Egg white5 unit(s)
  1. Pre heat the oven to 180°
  2. Grease two ramekins with butter and set aside in the fridge.
  3. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
  4. Then add the butter and egg yolks and mix well.
  5. Separately, beat the egg whites together with the sweetener, until peaks form.
  6. Take a small portion of the snow whites, mix gently with the chocolate cream.
  7. After mixing well, add the chocolate cream with the snow whites gently so that it doesn't lose too much volume.
  8. Distribute the dough in the ramekins leaving at least 2 cm away from the edge
  9. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes and serve hot.
