Coconut oil1/2 cup
Demerara (or brown) sugar1 cup
Maizena1 cup
Cocoa powder (50%, 70% or 100%)5 tablespoon
Baking powder1 tablespoon
coconut milk200 ml
Cocoa powder4 tablespoon
Brown sugar or demerara1/2 cup
Oat flour1 cup

Pasta: Beat the eggs, coconut oil, demerara or brown sugar, cornstarch, cocoa powder and hot water in a blender;
Pour this mixture into the oatmeal, and stir until a homogeneous mass is obtained;
Finally, add the baking powder.
Bake in a greased shape, in a preheated medium oven and let it bake for approximately 40 minutes or until golden.
Syrup: Add all ingredients and microwave for 30 seconds.
Pour over the cake, the syrup still hot, wait to cool and just serve.
