- Oat flour2 tablespoon
- Coconut oil1 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 coffee spoon
- Mash or puree the bananas in a food processor.
- Then add the other ingredients leaving the yeast last.
- Mix everything until it's very homogeneous and put it to bake in a greased shape in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until it's baked. Note: For this cake in the photo, I doubled the recipe. Give me a small cake.
