Ingredients

• Chopped Apples | 2 unit(s)
• Sliced banana | 1 unit(s)
• Eggs | 2 unit(s)
• Demerara sugar | 1/4 cup
• Oat bran | 1 cup
• Chemical Yeast | 1 tablespoon

Recipe

1. Place the eggs, apples and bananas in a blender. Add the sugar and beat. Reserve.
2. In a bowl, add the oat bran, yeast and mix. Add the apple mass. Place in a greased shape with coconut oil.
3. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes! Done!
